Lara wanted something for her amazing space in Scottsdale. Pulling from the textures and subtle patterns of the room and her love for contrasting color, I designed a multi-layered abstraction of a honey bee hive. She hosts gatherings and works with the community on various projects, so I felt the hive and queen bee were perfect symbols of this life! The wall sculpture transforms at night into a glowing focal piece.
