WONDER TWINS- the likeness of Glutamate and Acetylcholine

These neurotransmitters are the juicy upwelling of creation, evolution and action

Glutamate is the primary excitatory neurotransmitter, it increases neural activity- it’s aaaaamazing and important for learning, memory, and brain development by enhancing communication between neurons.

Acetylcholine is involved in muscle movement, learning, memory, and attention. It helps muscles contract, and in the brain, it’s important for cognitive functions, especially memory and learning. 

We could throw Norepinephrine in here too and make this the Wonder Triplets. I think sprinkling it could be helpful but too much for too long makes me anxious.

I imagine these wonder twins chemistry upwelling in my body when its time to engage, take action, be alert and foooocus!
